Very Happy with Southwest

I just want to say how happy I am with this program and I am a loyal flyer. In January, i went to see my father who was sick and he passed away during my stay. I had a round-trip. With the program, I was able to make changes (twice) to my outbound without penalty.

 

In reverse, I had two occassion with Delta and they just take your money. Even amidst with the travel advisory = no refund/no save book later.

 

Thank you Southwest for making a hard time a bit easier just with your business plan
