1) IMMEDIATELY edit your post to remove your voucher number. This is a pubic forum, and any crook could steal it.
2) I recommend that you contact customer service to make your request. Phone service open Monday thru Friday during normal business hours.
If not then you should buy a $49 flight with the voucher during the current window and then cancel the flight, you’ll end up with travel funds good through next June.
