Website and Changing Flights

Have been attempting to change flights for the last two days and keep getting an error message - saying the flights are no longer available and try again.  The flights are still listed at the same price and when I try again, I get the same "OOPS" message again and again and again.  The 800-number for customer services reports an over 120 minute wait for assistance.  Any suggestions on how to change flights for my daughter and myself?

Can you please provide more information? What's the current reservation itinerary, including both outbound and inbound flights if booked as a roundtrip and what are you trying to change?

I was able to finally get through on the 800 number just a little while ago and get it changed.  Thank you for checking!  My daughter love to fly on SW and are heading to Disney World at the end of March!
