Liquids in containers larger than 3.4oz must be in a checked bag. As many containers 3.4oz or less that can fit in quart size plastic bag can be carried on. The only specified limit for checked baggage liquid I have seen is for alcohol, no more than 5 liters per bag so it's probably safe to use that as a guide. You also need to keep weight in mind if transporting large quantities, 50lbs per checked bag unless you want to pay for an overweight bag. Also remember batteries for vapping must be carried on, do not put them in checked baggage.
