I recently made a purchase on a refundable SW flight. I cancelled the flight and refunded the purchase back to my credit card. At that time, I didn't know my credit card was suspended. I have been able to unsuspend my credit card. Will Southwest automatically retry the refund? The cancellation was 2 days ago.

"Suspended" is a pretty vague term, so hard to answer that without more context.
My experience when my CC card account# was compromised and a new account number had to be issued was seamless in terms of getting credit back via a SWA transaction.
(but they had to issue the new account #, so it took a few days)
If your account is good now a credit show "flow" in
