Where can your VALUED CUSTOMER find out where their luggage is at and how do we get it back in our possession?

This is a major issue and will likely become a serious black eye for Southwest.
I would recommend following the procedures for lost luggage. If you don't have it, it is lost regardless of what anyone tells you.

As you did not provide much information it's hard to provide decent suggestions to you. The airport luggage office may be able to assist faster than trying to call in.
