Help! I have been on hold on 2 phones for over 45 mins, I tried cancelling a flight for 1 person in my party and the system cancelled the entire reservation! I still have 2 employees flying out on Saturday, I only tried to cancel 1 flight of 3 what the heck happened??

If your money was returned then you need to re-book the flight tickets no other way around.

FYI, when Southwest cancels a flight the money isn't automatically returned. Funds from that flight are held under the confirmation number of the cancel flight. The customer must contact Southwest to request a refund.
