Young Travelers & Pets?

I know that unaccompanied minors aren't allowed to bring small pets as carry-on, but what about Young Travelers? If so, what is the fee? Thank you!

There is no limitation on Young Travellers. The fee is $95. Be aware that the pet carrier counts as one of the two carry-ons.
