I am receiving error code 400518024 when using my Southwest app, help?

I think the best bet, assuming you are able to open the app and get to it, is to use the "Chat" to inquire. If you're not able to open the app then you may want to use the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of the page to send an email or get in touch via Twitter.

Adding my personal opinion and experiences to what @SWDigits  said, I always have the best service when I reach out to SWA on Twitter. My questions are answered and handled within minutes. Hope your issue was addressed and resolved @iosman
