I left Ipad on the flight february 2, 2018 from STL to DTW(flight #426). I usually sit in the front row since i always fly business select. I left the ipad where the magazines are on the front wall. I didnt realize that I left ipad on the flight till I arrived at the hotel. I filled loast and found form (1395550).
it seems to me that this form is just formality that needs to be filled out. I havent heard anything from southwest customer service and I believe my ipad is gone. I couldnt put it in the lost mode since it was not connected to the wifi.
