I will be travelling alone with my twin toddlers and would like to be able to use their carseats on board the plane for easier travelling. Is their assistance available to help with bringing both carseats on board the plane?

Hi @jujusparks,

We're looking forward to having you and your little ones onboard with us soon. We don't have staffing available to help Customers carry their carryon items aboard, but what you do is request an escort pass for a friend or family member who would be willing to help you carry your belongings through security and down to the gate area.

Community - anyone have experience traveling with kids and car seats? How do you make it work? Let us know!

Hi-

I just wanted to let all of the mom's that are traveling alone with several young children, that Southwest will assist you with taking your carseats to the gate and on board. This might be dependant on the airport, but when I travelled from Chicago they were more than happy to help me and my two toddlers get to my destination. Thanks for being a wonderful airlines and making my otherwise stressful trip less stressful.
