I was just offered less than 25% of the expenses I incurred when SWA canceled my flight in early January (not weather related) and I had to travel on Jet Blue to reach my destination in time.
Is this normal SWA practice? Has anyone had success on appealing these insulting offers?
TIA

If your cancelled flight was on or after 1/3/23, then I am surprised the airline reimbursed anything. The normal procedure is to simply refund the ticket purchase price.
The procedure allowed some reimbursement for Christmas "meltdown" expenses on flights thru 1/2/23.

25% of the airfare? I don't know enough about Jet Blue to compare the fares.
