Southwest cancelled my FLL_MCO flight on December 28. The agent told me it would be days before they could rebook me and it was better to take a bus to Orlando. So they cancelled that portion and he said I would get it refund. It cost me $100 in bus and taxi to get home. Yet, they only refunded me $10.10 for that portion of a $668.48 total ticket. That is totally unacceptable. It was their problem and now I am out of picket. How do I dispute this unacceptable refund?

Solution
You can claim a refund of your $100 in bus and taxi expense.
