I have arranged for wheelchair assistance at the departing airport (Tampa) but when he arrives in
Chicago (Midway), will someone be there with a wheelchair to escort him to baggage claim? I can't find in the FAQ where it states the policy..thanks!

Be sure your reservation is noted as needing assistance. You can do this when you book the flight online or via calling three airline. (You'll be asked certain questions to better understand your needs.) Looking at your boarding pass you should see DWC on the right side of the boarding pass (if printed at the airport).
Many times you're last to deplane if you require assistance because wheel chair pushers are not always at the gate when the plane arrives. These individuals are not airline employees so they just go where they are assigned.
