If I fly to Cuba on a frequent flyer ticket will it include health insurance? What does the health insurance cover please? Thank you.

The "Cuba Health Insurance Fee" of $25 is included in the cost of a roundtrip ticket on Southwest More specifically, it's included in the taxes and fees portion of the reservation which is paid by all passengers, including those booking tickets with Rapid Rewards points. Points only cover the fare portion of the total cost, not taxes and fees.
Sorry, I don't have any information about what it actually covers. You may want to also look into travel insurance options if you have concerns about medical issues while traveling. There are a number of options available, but you'll need to verify they provide coverage in Cuba.
