Obtaining Cuban Tourist CArd

Dear Lady/Gentlemen,

We are a Hungarian family of 3 (father, mother and 15 years old daughter) and would ikke to visit Cuba flying from and back to Fort Lauderdale. Pls, advise what is the process of obtaining the Cuban tourist card via Southwest. I would like to buy our ticket if we are 100% sure we can get the tourist cards,

It does say that you should be able to get this from the airline, but I'm not sure of the link, or if it may be offered when you purchase the tickets.
