The Southwest Airlines Community Team is working behind the scenes this afternoon to update some badges. As a result, some Community Members may receive email notifications based on previous activity. Please know that your information remains private and secure. 

 

If you want to edit your notification settings, you can do so after logging in. Once logged in, click on your profile icon on the top-right, then navigate to the "Subscriptions & Notifications" tab, and select the "Notification Settings" sub-tab.
