Children got different boarding group but on same reservation

Hi,

I got an email to upgrade my reservation to A1-A15 and chose to upgrade all 5 of us(we had already done early boarding but apparently that only got us B boarding which is why I chose to upgrade) including my children ages 10,9, and 12.  I paid $200 for the upgrade fee and when they did my boarding passes they only upgraded my husband and I leaving my children in B.  What will my options be when we board since I paid for all of us to be in A1-A15?  I have the email showing we paid $200 to upgrade.

Hmmm, not sure here, but there are only 15 spots in A1-A15. I guess it could be that the first 14 were alredy taken. If that were the case though why would the full charge go thru.

Since your flight is soon, I'd advise discussing this one with Southwest on social media. Click on one of the social media platofrms listed under "connect with us" below.
