It is 73. That is under the max size limit, but still subject to an oversize charge.

It's highly unlikely additional flights will be added to the published schedule. Since Southwest changed your flight you are allowed one free change to another flight that works for you. Perhaps something the night before would work? You can also get a refund back to the original form of payment if you would prefer that. Look online for flight options and call Southwest to change.

You'll need to speak with someone at Southwest. If the ticket is for a minor you don't need to worry about it being correct.

No assigned seats. Boarding positions can be obtained 24 hours prior to departure of the first flight so check in either on a computer or phone as close to 24 hours before your first flight as possible. You will also get boarding positions for the 2nd leg of the trip when you check-in. Yes, it is possible you do not get to sit together, although this is very unlikely if you check-in as I've stated. Enjoy your trip.

Yelling online is fun, but have you called Southwest and kindly asked if there are other options available? Better yet, you could go online first and see if you can find another flight that you like better, then call and kindly ask to be moved to that flight. You are allowed a free flight change if Southwest changes your flight.

These posts always make me laugh. Flying in a big metal tube, 35000 feet in the air at 400 miles an hour and we expect the wifi to work perfectly every time. You're welcome to submit your comments directly to Southwest, use the contact us link at the bottom of the page and send a message. You should be able to get a refund if you paid for the wifi service.

A flight that departs 3 hours prior to your original planned departure is inconvenient, but a 3 hour adjustment is hardly worth getting upset about. As @bwallet said, that's just part of traveling. I'd hate to see how you would feel if the flight was cancelled and no other flight was offered to you, as has happened to me on other airlines.

How did you pay for the flight?
As I stated, a change by Southwest allows you a refund back to the original form of payment. If that was a travel fund, then you will get a travel fund. If it was credit card, you can get credit back to that.

Since Southwest changed your flight you can always request a refund back to the original form of payment and then book another airline that might be more convenient for you. If you call you may be able to get onto the unavailable flight, agents sometimes have the ability to get into a flight that may be blocked out for some reason.

I find it interesting they continue to depart from the traditional time length and expiration date of companion passes, meaning they usually are good for a full calendar year and expire Dec 31. Other than that, this looks like a great deal!

There is no global clock and no way to know the exact time of Southwest servers. Yes, it would be wonderful if everything was synced. Furthermore, even if you check in exactly at 24 hours prior to departure you can still get a B or a C boarding position so you may have been the first one to manually check-in, you'll never know. A-List flyers and anyone who purchased EarlyBird Check-in already have their boarding position assigned 36 hours before departure. You want to eliminate the hassle? Buy EarlyBird Check-in or work to become A-List.

Since the existing trips occur after the travel funds expire they have no impact on any of this discussion. Yes, you should combine the two travel funds before they expire. Look for a flight that costs near the combined value of the 2 travel funds, book it, then cancel it. The new travel fund will be for the value of the cancelled trip and will expire April 9. Then, after the travel funds expire use the contact us link at the bottom of the page, send a message to Southwest and request the expired travel funds be reinstated as LUV Vouchers. Provide the confirmation numbers, passenger names, and your acknowledgement that each fund's value will be reduced by $100. The resulting vouchers will be good for 6 months and you have 6 months after travel funds expire to request this. Since you already have another trip you want to book you should make this request as soon as possible.

Southwest has no control or input into screening by TSA. I'm not sure what you are expecting or waiting for them to get back to you with. In short, TSA does what it feels like is necessary to keep the flying public safe.

If you had noticed the error within 24 hours of booking you could have cancelled and received a refund back to the original form of payment. I don't see how you can be upset at Southwest in this situation and I think all other airlines would have given you similar answers. You have a full year to use the credit.

@FF_Flyer As stated earlier, "I would contact Chase and verify what RR account number they have on file for you."
Contacting Southwest will not help you since the information comes from Chase.

Since this is a customer to customer forum contacting Southwest as you have is the only option that has a chance of resolving anything. I'd suggest writing them instead of calling. Use the contact us link at the bottom of this page and send a message.

If you search for jobs on https://careers.southwestair.com/ you can filter by "Type" for part time. Currently it looks like there is just one part time opening in the US, Bozeman, MT.
I imagine if the location is operating all day they perfer to have full time people there. You could still apply and let them know you would only be available for X number of hours.

What if I book a trip that costs more than the travel funds before the funds expire and cancel. Will the new travel funds still have expiration date of 6/11/22? or since I paid more, will it generate a new expiration date? Any thought or suggestions? I wish I had known that I had an option to convert the travel funds to points but it seems like it was for a limited time.
The new travel fund will retain the same expiration date and be for the value of the previous fund PLUS any additional cash paid.

I just booked BLI-OAK-HRL on Feb 17 as a single reservation.
I did both legs as Anytime fare because WGA is not available on the OAK-HRL segment. I seem to recall hearing that you can't mix fare types on a single reservation so perhaps that's your problem? Saying point to point is not allowed is not accurate.

Delays and cancellations happen with all airlines and it's no fun when it does happen. You're certainly welcome to provide your comments directly to Southwest. Use the contact us link at the bottom of the page and send a message. You may be provided a voucher for the inconvenience.
