It will be very helpful if southwest finds a way to keep the information more organized for us in out account. 1. Example, if we have flights wether they were cancelled, re-scheduled or completed it should be in our travel history like other websites do, that way we dont have to go crazy finding confirmation numbers and so on. 2. it should keep not show your flight as completed when its not. I have had connecting fligths and when i pulled the app to see the next flight it was no longer avl becaused it was consider completed. I know normally you would have your ticket (paper) with you but i had lost it and I was not able to find it through my app or even online. 3. Also a lot of times I am unable to find my up coming flights..... which is very frustating.... now sure why things dont link well to your account. Overall I love Southwest! but the website and app do defenetely need some work to be as good and competitive as the others..

Hi Upon arrival at the airport, You should inform a Southwest Airlines Agent or Skycap at your first point of contact, either at the Skycap podium or the ticket counter, if you need an airport wheelchair and/or assistance within the airport. Priority preboarding is available for those who have a specific seating need to accommodate their disability, need assistance in boarding the aircraft, and/or who need to stow an assistive device. If a Customer has a disability and requires preboarding, the Customer should request a Preboarding Document from our Customer Service Agent at the departure gate. The Preboarding Document serves as notification to our Operations (Boarding) Agent that the Customer has a need to preboard. It's important to keep in mind that Customers who preboard may not occupy an exit seat. Customers with disabilities who have any other needs related to boarding should speak with our Customer Service Agent at the departure gate. Customers who need additional space to accommodate their disability may proactively purchase an additional seat to notify Southwest of their specific seating need so adequate seating onboard the aircraft can be ensured. Instructions for booking a second seat online can be found on our Customers of Size page. Customers may contact us for a refund of the cost of the additional seat after travel. If a Customer with a disability has concerns about the amount of space needed and does not wish to purchase an additional seat, the Customer should speak with the Customer Service Agent at the departure gate.

Hello to answer your question yes that change can be made and there is no time limit. In regards to the difference in fare you have 24 hours from flight booking to receive a refund to your credit card after the 24 hour mark the difference in fare will be held for future use but you must use it within 1 year of the date you booked your ticket. If you change to a flight that is more expensive all you will pay is the difference in fare. Happy travels

Hi @rbay19,
Thanks for asking your question in the Southwest Airlines Community - welcome!
All of our planes are Boeing 737 aircraft, and the armrest is considered to be the definitive boundary between seats. The width between the armrests on our planes measures 17 inches.
We've got a great resource here for folks who want to learn about purchasing more than one seat for travel, so be sure to check it out. We can help you with the process, and make sure you get a refund for the extra seat when your travel is complete.

Hi @jojo1423,
Does the flight that you trying to book take place after the expiration date of your funds? If so, that's why the travel funds won't apply. All travel funds must be used (travel completed) prior to the expiration date.
Domestic vs international doesn't matter - funds can applied to any flight!
