Just wanted to add Southwest flies out of Terminal A and B at FLL airport. It could be a 5-7min walk if you land in A and depart from B. I have had 35min connections there before and been fine and made it before the next flight began boarding just sit towards the front (even if that means middle seat) so you can get to the next flight on time. One reason I don't think they notified A List members is because all the non A List members would be upset that there wasn'tan email saying tickets will go on sale at x time today to them. I am guessing to be fair to everyone they just released the tickets made some announcements and first come first serve just like all sales that occur. I would recommend watching the site though as you never know when they might release another sale.

@abnrdn While I don't have an exact date on when flights will be on sale for December the next schedule release date is March 14th (subject to change) and that will release dates through November 2nd so I am guessing December dates will be available sometime in late April or early May with the next schedule release. @Swain021 I know I have seen a few requests lately for service to/from Savannah. The best thing to do is send Southwest an email by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of the page and let then know you would like them to come to you and you never know they could be there before you know it. I would have everyone you know that wants Savannah service send an email that way they know it would be worth it for them to come (where they aren't in the red- empty flights) Hope this helps Blake

@nothing22387 You might be able to book both of you as a RT then call the airline and say you need to cancel the one way for your daughter only (within 24 hours and) they should be able to refund the one way since it would be less than 24 hours since booking. they might issue you a separate confirmation number for her (then) one way flight but at least it’s all booked in one credit card charge and you will both be on the same flight. @mrrick747 Yes you can book yourself on cash tickets and if you have sufficient points book the others on points. If the price drops you can change the points tickets and get points back in your account and the cash tickets would have a credit for future travel. I do this with my family a lot as I travel more so they pay me the cash for the ticket and I book them on points and use there cash to buy my ticket so i can re earn status and get any credits for the price of a flight going down. Note: if you are using Southwest group travel (10 or more people) then you can't book part of the group on points unless they are booked seperatly and you still meet the minimum 10 travelers requirement. @agraham Since you bought EB your boarding position wouldn't change so you could check in at 7:35am or 5pm as an example as you will be "checked in while your checked out" (sorry that phone ad is stuck in my head 😂) If you cancel you will lose the EB funds but will keep the flight cost as credit (valid for a year from original flight purchase date) Hope this helps Blake

@adsreshta I'm sorry to hear of your sons delay which has caused him to miss a family gathering. Delays are not fun but they do happen. I have learned with air travel now days you should always give yourself plenty of time to get to an event don't book a flight that gives you an hour or two to spare as delays and cancellations happen on all airlines. @Loganton84 I'm sorry to hear your flight was cancelled and customer service was not up to par. The weather has been rough lately which is why flights are being cancelled. Its also important to note with weather delays it may not be where you are departing from or going to but instead the weather delay (pushing the crew to time out) occurred from an earlier flight. Unfortunately Southwest doesn't partner with any other airlines so they can't transfer your ticket to another carrier like united or delta. Also for your own protection I would recommend you edit your subject line to remove your confirmation number as this is a customer to customer forum and I wouldn't want your information compromised in any way.
