I am a weekly traveler. Southwest has consistiently illustrated a friendly customer focused culture way above any other airline, and frankly is a model for other industries where customer care is important. Yesterday I had to return home unexpectedly for a family emeregency. The flight attendents on this flight recognized I was upset and took such good care of me. I regret not getting thier names. This is just one more of a string of stories I have about Southwest staff going beyond the job and treating people with compassion. Thank you! Jeff
