I contacted Lindsey as she requested and she emailed me that the issue was fixed.  Today I received an email from Southwest Click 'N Save <SouthwestAirlines@luv.southwest.com> titled "This sale is winding down" which is the first one I have received in over a year.  I will have to wait until I book another flight to see if those emails work as well.  Highly recommend that you contact Lindsey. ... I am having the same problem and would like help with fixing this.  I also have a comcast email account and have checked that Southwest is not blocked.  There are no emails in my spam folder.  I do not want to start a yahoo or gmail email.  I was able to get the email from Southwest to join this forum. ...
