Have to say, as a new member of the Southwest Community, very pleased and impressed with the quality and service I received earlier today. I suddenly got the flu and wasn't able to fly tomorrow-January 31st for my sister's 75th birthday celebration in Sarasota, Florida. Southwest was so understanding of my situation that they cancelled my flight. Was given future travel credits . Now planning a possible flight in April to see my Florida Family. The Southwest customer represenative was so great and very empathetic to my situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Southwest! You have a forever customer and a community friend.
