I hope you understand that this is not just affecting customers abroad. I am currently having the same "access denied" problem with your website, and I'm located in Massachusetts using Charter for internet access. And suggesting that we call the 800 number is a poor option; when you have to check in online to a flight exactly 24 hours in advance just to get a decent place in line, it doesn't really work out well to have to wait 41 minutes (the current wait time on the 800 number) to speak with an agent on the phone. Fix the problem and join the 21st century, Southwest Airlines!

I am also getting the "access denied" error when I try to get to southwest.com. I need to get to the site to check in online. I am not overseas; I am located in the United States using Charter as my provider. So claiming that access is denied outside the U.S. is not true, at least not for me. Sad. We've been flying SW for a number of years but this attitude of "yah, we're working on it" makes me think I should never fly SW again. What other major airline, or any major company for that matter, denies access to any users regardless of where they are in the world?

Well, if you Google "southwest airlines" at least you get a sidebar on the right that has the 800 number and other basic info.
