Hihi, thanks but the weblink and the mobile app cannot work in Singapore. Now I am stuck i have no way to do an electronic check in and select my seats. Is there a hotline number to call in for help?

I am trying to access to check in and also join rapid rewards and it seems like that I am unable to access to Southwest Airlines website. All the weblinks on the ticket confirmations give me an error prompt on the internet browser - "You don't have permission to access "http://www.southwest.com/flight/addRRNumPnrEntry.html?" on this server." FYI - my air tickets was booked through an agent therefore I have never access to the airlines website. Hope that someone can help. Thanks.
