So last week I lost my 4th item on a flight. Southwest lost and found policy sucks! To only hold an item for 24 hours is ridiculous. I called all 3 airports at SWA lost and found the next day and was told that they ship everything to Alabama within 24 hours. Southwest needs to take personal responsbility for customer lost items and give them at least 3 days to try to get their item back. I NEVER have gotten any items back and now have lost something that is very important that I am sure I will never see again.
