To Human Resources, I was recently received an email alert from Southwest informing me to update my Dashboard for my recent Flight Attendant application in February. The instructions were to “click on any job - you will not be applying right now.” for that job. I randomly picked Customer Service Agent assuming I had to access your system to update my Dashboard. Now your system shows me applying only for a Customer Service Agent position instead of Flight Attendant and I am unable to correct the error. Is it possible for you to help, I can be reached at ****
