The rudeness of the associate was the problem. No one cares about the Diet Coke!!! What part of we’re sorry we disappointed you is hard here? What part of sir, due to safety it was too late, I will come back to talk to you later and providing a smile? Rudeness is the problem. Talk to the crew chief investigate the issue. Find out what happened? I waited on the plane to talk and provide feedback... No. Your response is I am stupid? Good job. The culture is the issue and again shows I’m right to move else where.

Hi southwest team, I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was on a recent flight and how you have ensured I will never fly with you again. I am on flight 1190 from Dallas to Albuquerque and during drink service the crew took my order for a drink and then got it wrong. Mistakes happen no big deal, but upon making the mistake they finished drink service and when I asked will you bring me they drink I was told they were done serving. As if handing a can of Diet Coke was a challenge... never again on southwest for me! Thanks
