I have just read Southwest new ESA, PSA, Service Animal policy. Very admirable, but given that anone can pay $50 and get a Certificate of Need from any one of many online "Doctors", I'm just not sure you have done enough to control the obvious fraud that is already taking place on your (and other) airlines. I'm also very concerned about the size of the animals you would allow on flights. You did not address this issue, but the inclusion of small horses set me back a bit. I personally hope I never have to sit next to one. Again, I admire your faith in humanity. You are much more trusting than I.
