I've been a Southwest customer for 41 years, and I agree this has been disapponting. I've said in other places that this should have been an all hands on deck exercise for Southwest. It's serious enough that If I had been the CEO, I would have been working e-mails or the twitter feed. Was he? I dunno. Anyway, sorry that your plans were ruined. Hopefully you'll have a safe uneventful trip home.
