Yes, I tried web and app. In both you can see that there is a flight coming. In the App you can only see the name and date of the trip. When clicking on it you immediatly receive the 'Unknown Error' message. The website behavior is slightly better. You can click the reservation name and get the details of Time, Reservation Code, etc. As soon as you press 'Change" or "Add early bird check-in' you get the "Sorry, we found some errors..." message. I have several upcoming reservations and only this one is presenting the issue.

Same issue here. Called customer representative. 16 minutes of wait to reach a person. Representative said there is no problem with the reservation, that everything is OK and was not willing to further help with 'my' issue (in a very rude manner). So here I am without access to my reservation in case I need any change.... and of course no chances for check-in on-line. Anyone had better luck? Any issues to check in at airport?
