What is the criteria for receiving credit vouchers? Our flight out of New Orleans was delayed from an 8:30pm takeoff to finally flying out around 11:55pm. We did not get offered any vouchers. Today, our flight is delayed from 10:30am to 1:55 pm. We just receive $100 vouchers. What is the criteria for vouchers?
