@TerriP Unfortunately the only way to change payment methods is to cancel and rebook. You could reach out to Southwest on Twitter and maybe they could help with trying to keep your EB or refund it as an exception so you can re add it to the new reservation but no guarantees as EB is usually a non refundable fee.
