Thank you, Southwest for communicating your policy on what you are doing to step up your cleaning procedures. What is maddening is that unlike the other major airlines, they have implemented new policies for those that do not wish to fly at this time. Your existing policy of issuing a credit for one year from the time you've purchased the flight is unacceptable and outdated. Many people purchase tickets for almost a year in advance. Is your priority really our safety and satisfaction or is Southwest looking to profit on those of us who choose not to fly and have tickets that we purchased almost a year ago?
