A plan to get the SWA jets in the air-- pass it up the line--begin training the willing TSA agents for screeners as qualified to run quick-test results for Covin 19 for screening and convert airports to "screen-and-hold" sites so that only those not infected can fly, others go to quarantine. fly to New Orleans where we try the same approach to reopen with mingling but no infections.
