Can you give directions on how to do this? I've never attempted. Both of my kids have the newest version of the Kindle Fire HD and wasn't able to download the Southwest App. I did download a couple movies onto the devices for them, but having the app and ability to use it on board would help. Since I was basically just trying to get a lower price on the same flights that I already booked, and not booking new flights or changing them, I had to call and talk to an agent. It did allow me to change it online but when I went to submit, it just spun and didn't do anything. The agent said that if you're basically just trying to book the same flight you already have at a lower price you have to call them.

Hi, back in February, we booked a flight to Cancun in July, and used some LUV travel vouchers to offset some of the cost. The cost for the 2 tickets prior to using the vouchers were $998.72. I look today and the same flights are $540. Is it possible to cancel and re-book and still be able to use the travel vouchers? It would save me $458.72! If so, what is the process to do this?
