I don’t fly. This is all foreign to me, so I don’t understand what is being said in that conversation.
This is what I have:
myself, two confirmation numbers with one having 2 different $ amounts, all totaling to be $447.96
my daughter, two confirmation numbers with one having 2 different $ amounts, totaling to be $447.96
travel funds in all is almost $900 (give or take).
how would I combine all of these into one? My daughter doesn’t have a rapid rewards account either (if this matters).

so my travel funds are under two different confirmation numbers, under my daughter and my name, would it be $100 each confirmation number or $100 each confirmation number per passenger?

Hey everyone! I did email southwest customer service to make sure but thought I’d ask here.
So, my daughter and I were originally suppose to go to Disney in 2020 but then lovely COVID hit, therefore not only her original trip in June of 2020 was cancelled and rescheduled, but her December of 2020 was cancelled, not rescheduled. Well due to COVID southwest applied travel funds for mine and my daughters tickets and the expiration of these funds are 9/7/2022. Now my daughter has a dance related trip coming up in November of 2022.
My question is: do I need to BOOK and COMPLETE my trip using the travel funds…or am I able to use all of my travel funds in order to book New York trip when those dates come out?
thanks for any and all help.

So my daughter was suppose to be dancing at Disney in December, BUT Dance the World and Disney cancelled the the Holiday Dance the World event due to this whole COVID situation that we are in. Obviously I am going to need cancel my flights to Orlando and back home....but should i do it via website/app and then my flights travel funds would expire in may of 2021, or should i see if a rep can get my funds to expire in sept of 2022 like my original flights travel funds expire (we originally suppose to go down in mid-june for a summer dance the world event). thanks for advice and suggestions

So originally my daughter and I were scheduled to leave from MKE to MCO on 6/19/20 and returning 6/28/2020 due to she was going to be doing Dance the World with her dance studio at that time. Well due to COVID-19 her dance teacher decided to reschedule their Disney trip to December instead. My question is how do I go about "canceling" our current flights to be able to change them to when we are going? How would my Travel Funds work when i need to book our new flights for in December when those flights come out? When should I cancel our current flights? When should I rebook? Our flights are the "Wanna Get Away", so I know I won't get refunded, i'd get the credit/travel funds to use when i need to rebook, but I'm just not sure on how all of this works. I've never flown before, so this is all new to me. I am planning on calling Southwest and speak to an agent, but I wanted to get others input from those that travel frequently. Thank you and any and all help/suggestions are appreciated
