I recently cancelled our flight to San Juan due to the Covid 19 pandemic. I called Southwest and explained that we had Wanna Get Away tickets to be used toward a cruise for early May. The representative asked me to hold the line and came back and said that since they changed my flight and I hadn't made any changes, they would give me a full refund. I received credit on my mastercard card in about a week. Good for you Southwest. You have a customer forever!

We booked a flight in December for a May cruise. The cruise is now cancelled and I would like a refund. We purchased Wanna Get Away tickets and a future credit will do no good since I have now lost my job. I agree that if Southwest takes public funds they should at least offer refunds to individuals who request them.
