Hello! I hope you can clarify something for me. I know this is Southwest community, but maybe someone had similar situation. Southwest Vacations cancelled our trip. I was offered either travel credit or refund, I’ve submitted a refund request and still waiting. It’s been 2 month now. Should I contact Southwest for a ticket refund or all refund should come from Southwest Vacations, since we booked from them? Any advise would be appreciated. I have all the emails proofing that our trip was cancelled by them and the rest of communications. Any advise on how to get our money refunded would be appreciated. Thank you.
