Good Afternoon, I have tried several days in a row calling Southwest Vacations, but always get told there is a wait time of 1-2 hours. I cancelled my vacation package and understand I can use my credit to book another vacation before May 2021. However, I would like the hotel payment to be credited to my credit card. I know I am entitled to that as my card was credited after the first time I cancelled. What do I have to do just to get the hotel price credited to my credit card? Thank-you.
