I reviewed the SW pet policy in depth and it states very clearly that in order to bring a small pet on a flight, you must call the SW service desk to make the reservation. Yet, every time I call, the recording states that my wait to speak to someone in over 120 minutes long. I would be happy to make this reservation on the website, but that doesn't seem to be an option. Help please!
