I booked a flight 6 months ago and paid for early bird check in. Since then, my flights have been changed 4 times and have gone from direct to extra long layovers. I went to check in for my flight and even though I paid for it, I no longer have early bird check in. Called customer service to get it reinstated, and they said there is nothing they can do. Since I'm now in the "C" group, I expect to get separated from my family and it is unacceptable that my children will be sitting next to strangers. Everything I've paid for has been taken away. I'm not getting anything I paid for.
