I've had a similar issue. Covid is no more over than it was 6-12 months ago. Plus who was thinking about traveling prior to September 20 when the funds expired. I took the $100 hit to get the 6 month extension which took me to 4-29-21. Booked a flight for March, but had to cancel due to Covid. Have no where to go before 4-29-21 and they won't extend.
