Do you simply just, Wanna Get Away? Ready to explore Big Sky Country?
Southwest Airlines’ service to Bozeman, Mont. (BZN) begins today (May 27), connecting our Customers with the Treasure State for the very first time. With this inaugural service, Southwest enters our forty-third U.S. state served, just in time for a busy summer travel season. Bozeman is one of the 17 new Stations Southwest has announced since the start of 2020, and is our third addition to the network just this month, following the start of service to Destin-Fort Walton Beach (VPS) on May 6, and Myrtle Beach (MYR) on May 23. Montana joins our network just in time to offer Customers even more opportunities to connect (and re-connect) with nature and the wilderness through a wide range of outdoor leisure activities.

But wait, there’s more! Also on June 6, our Heart in Bozeman will grow even more with the launch of Saturday/Sunday service to/from Dallas (Love Field) (DAL), Chicago (Midway) (MDW), and Phoenix (PHX), providing even more access (and LUV) to Montana for travelers from all around the country!

As the fourth largest state by land in the U.S., Montana boasts year-round recreational activities, with world-renowned fly-fishing, hiking, and national parks to beat the heat during summer. In fact, Bozeman serves as the gateway to Yellowstone National Park, which was the first US National Park, and remains the second-most visited national park in the country. For snow lovers, world-class skiing/snowboarding on breathtaking mountains will bring out the best winter-sports aficionado in you. Whether you’re racing to carve the first tracks in the snow (which is where you can find me), hiking in the open air of the Bridger Range, or catching a trophy trout in the Gallatin River, Southwest’s generous two bags fly free® policy will be a perfect match for outdoor enthusiasts of any kind to explore Montana’s Big Sky Country. Our schedules are open through Nov. 5, so book your summer and fall getaways now on Southwest.com!
