My flight was cancelled on 6/15/21. I have made many calls and send many emails requesting a refund. I purchased 2 round trip tickets at 267.00. A refund for one ticket has been posted to my SW account and I have been unsuccessful in contacting SW to resolve this. Today I was told that the wait time to speak to a representative was 120 minutes!!! Are you kidding? I was forced to use another airline on the 15th and had to pay twice the cost of my original tickets NOW I have to beg for my refund??????

1) Please remove your confirmation number from your post. Someone could try to use it and then you would have nothing. 2) Are you saying that you received a travel fund? If so, the remaining funds for ticket 2 are likely in the travel fund of the other traveler. . SW gives funds back to the ticket holder, who may not t necessarily be the person who bought the ticket.
