My wife was overcharged by the kiosk during a recent trip. We hold a Chase SW Priority card for such up-grades due to her anxiety. Instead of using the ticketing at the gate, she used the kiosk while getting her boarding pass. She was charged $480 dollars for this upgrade which should have been $40 or so dollars at the gate. SW Customer service despite being nice just kinda shrugged their shoulders and said it was a ticket upgrade and to go away. So at this point I'll be filing with Chase to dispute, Better Business Bureau locally, Fed-X letters to the home addresses of the members of the board not to mention to publish this issue on public media. Has anyone else had this issue? I hate to leave SW after all these years but I cannot accept or condone this charge and their lack of concern over this issue.
