I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel on a recent flight from Baltimore to Albuquerque via Chicago. What an incredible person, full of life and radiating positive energy. She and Lynn were working the back of the plane.
Despite the fact that our three hour flight ended up taking about 8 hours - we were divereted twice to Amarillo due to a dust and windstorm that made landing in Albuquerque impossible, they made the trip as pleasant an experience as possible. Rachel even let passangers borrow her personal cell phone to call friends and relatives waiting in Albuquerque.
She told me how she saved Roy in Chicago so I had to took it up.
