My flight was involuntarily changed and the SW customer service agent over the phone gave me a LUV voucher. She said I would receive it by email, but to date I haven't received any email from Southwest. Can LUV vouchers be emailed?

My reservation was originally for 4/29 BWI-HOU-LIR. Yesterday I got a message that my flight was changed to 4/30 BWI-LIR nonstop. I did a test booking on southwest.com and my original route BWI-HOU-LIR on 4/29 is still for sale. I'm confused why Southwest for involuntarily move my departure date. I can't change my reservation online, although I've tried. What's up with this?
