Hi SWA Community,
Just got companion again, and I am a little rusty on the quirks.
1) There is no way to add a companion while booking my own flight, correct?
2) Since I am adding a companion AFTER I book my flight, they will have their own confirmation number. Will we still get consecutive boarding positions? 3) If the answer to number 2 is yes, and I have A-List Preferred, do they even need to check in?

I fly with SWA roughly 8 times a month. Over the past few months, the wifi has been HORRIBLE. To the point I often can’t use it.
I have used multiple devices, so I know it isn’t the device. But I’m able to connect to Southwest Wifi and then when I click the link for “a list preferred” I get an notification saying “cannot open the page because the server cannot be found.”
HOWEVER…I have paid for wifi a few times and it works as normal.
I use this benefit of A-List Preferred more than any other…so this is insane that I can pay but can’t use my free benefit.
Anyone running into the same issues?

Yes - I was able to change it online myself.
However, it still doesn’t help the fact that I can’t take advantage of the status with the phone line.

I have been A List Preferred for 5 years, and every time I call there is no issue. They route me to the A List agent and all is well.
This morning I have an extremely delayed flight, was calling to change it and it now doesn't recognize my phone number. When I type in my RR number, it says there is no RR number that exists.
Anyone know what is going on?
